The property’s insurer required replacement of the existing main electrical panel in San Leandro. LHP Electrical handled the permit process through Alameda County Building Inspection Department, installed the new three-meter service equipment, and completed the associated conduit and wiring work.

We coordinated the inspection and PG&E electric release process through meter installation and reconnection. The supplied inspection card records PG&E Electric Release on October 29, 2025. These photos show the original equipment, the new meter bank before utility meters were installed, and the completed installation with three meters in place and the old panel removed.
